How Did We Do It?

Collaborative brand workshop

1

We unpacked the brand CCG already had: what clients recognised them by, what still carried weight after twenty years, and what had started to work against them. The brief that came out of it was to elevate the brand for the clients CCG is chasing, while staying close enough to the legacy that existing relationships would still recognise them.

A refresh with a light touch

2

We refined the logo rather than redrawing it, and built a more considered visual language around it. A confident colour palette, cleaner typography, and photography and motion that signal institutional quality.

Mapping and refining the user journeys

3

This was the biggest shift. We split the three audiences from the moment someone lands, giving investors, borrowers and brokers their own signposted path, guide and next step. Navigation was restructured around those journeys, and dense technical content was rewritten in plain language without losing accuracy.

Ten bespoke templates, built from the ground up

4

We designed and developed ten templates rather than adapting anything off the shelf, delivered in three months because the thinking was already settled. The investment opportunity page was the one that mattered most.

It carries target return, LVR, loan amount, capital raised and remaining availability in a consistent format, so investors can compare opportunities at a glance and CCG can publish a new one in minutes. Track record figures, a filtered Insights hub and the required regulatory disclosures were all built for CCG’s team to maintain themselves.

Migrating the content

5

Close to 100 site pages moved across, plus more than 100 individual investment opportunity pages carrying the full history of what CCG has funded since 2006. That back catalogue is a large part of the trust case for a new investor, so every record was brought over and mapped into the new template rather than archived. The new site went live on 11 May 2026.

A site the team can run themselves

6

The site is built on WordPress, so CCG’s team can publish and edit pages independently.

The Results

The refreshed brand and rebuilt website were live from 11 May 2026. One month later, an early single-day snapshot of organic performance pointed to a site connecting with the right audiences from the outset.

Organic sessions were up 366%, organic engagement rate was up 350%, and organic events per session were up 52%.

These are early figures from a single day rather than a settled month-on-month trend. They point to a site that is easier to find and easier to navigate for the investors, borrowers and brokers it was built for.
