Every night it reads approximately +280 client accounts across 13 platforms and turns them into cross-platform decisions no single tool can see — with a human reviewing every output before it reaches a client. It is not a product you purchase separately. It is the intelligence layer underneath everything BFJ does for retainer clients.

Will the Score Actually Help Me If I Don't Engage BFJ?

Yes. Your score report includes four sub-scores and your top three prioritised recommendations, all actionable regardless of who implements them. Many clients use the free audit simply to validate whether AEO is the right investment right now. If your score sits in the Low Risk band, you'll know. If it's Critical, you'll know that too. There's no obligation attached to the free audit.

Do I pay extra for Labs?

Not right now. Labs is the intelligence layer underneath BFJ's retainer work. Retainer clients do not pay a separate Labs fee. It is how we run your account, not an optional upgrade.
