1Hunter Homes was operating across three disconnected systems: House & Land Package Building Software, a pipeline connector for Domain/REA, and old CMS. We consolidated everything into HubSpot by migrating and redesigning their entire website. This shift allowed all house designs and land listings to be powered directly from HubSpot custom objects, creating a seamless and scalable system. The new website now automatically generates dedicated pages for each home design or package, improving user experience and centralising content management.
Custom House & Land Package Builder
2We built out custom objects in HubSpot for House, Land, Estates, and House & Land Packages. Then, we developed a custom app to validate and build packages, ensuring compliance with requirements such as bushfire regulations, flood zones, easements, and council rules. Sales agents can add land through a mobile-friendly form, sync it instantly, and pair it with approved home designs. Once validated, the package can be priced automatically and pushed to HubSpot, where it can be listed on the website, Domain, and REA, or converted into a deal.
Automated PDF and Quoting
3Previously, creating marketing PDFs for home designs or packages required design team input each time. We replaced this manual process with a quote engine that automatically generates professional, on-brand PDFs from HubSpot templates. Each PDF pulls directly from the custom object data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deals, marketing emails, and website downloads. This automation not only saved significant production time but also gave Hunter Homes a scalable way to distribute up-to-date sales material instantly.
Results
The project delivered a fully integrated system where sales, marketing, and website management now operate seamlessly within HubSpot. Hunter Homes gained the ability to instantly create and publish House & Land packages online, complete with automatic validation, pricing, and compliance checks. The automated PDF engine reduced production time and costs while ensuring brand consistency across every channel. By replacing three separate platforms with a single, scalable solution, Hunter Homes improved efficiency, accelerated go-to-market speed, and equipped their sales team with tools that enhance both customer experience and internal productivity
