As a Digital Account Manager specialising in our digital marketing services, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, and guidance to channel managers on how to deliver clients' objectives. Your primary focus will be on driving client satisfaction, and digital campaign results, and achieving business growth through upsells, cross-sells, client retention, and process improvements.

    About You

    You will have a proven experience of at least 3 years in an agency client services account role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and developing clients’ digital marketing campaigns. An ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is a must.

    Exceptional client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams. Have a client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.
